IF YOU DON’T WASH YOUR PILLOW NOW, YOU’LL HATE YOURSELF LATER!

Many times we overlook their cleanliness without being aware that we spend 6 to 8 hours a day breathing in it.
Have you ever thought about your pillow condition?
WHAT COULD HAPPEN IF I DON’T WASH MY PILLOW?
Your pillow with daily use accumulates dust, sweat, body fat, dandruff, makeup, dead skin cells, mites, and odors, It is recommended to change 2 times per year, here some of the problems for leaving our pillow forgotten!
Makeup Remnants Can Build Up
Are you in the habit of falling asleep with your makeup on? If so, the evidence really can add up over time. Your pillowcase is ... likely to harbor remnants of makeup and skincare products as well as hair products, all of which can lead to facial irritation and acne.

You Might Make A Few Microscopic Friends
If you think you're sleeping alone at night save for maybe your partner or your pet, think again. Pillowcases pick up dead skin, which dust mites love, An unwashed pillowcase can attract lots of dust mites, which in turn can accentuate issues for asthma and allergy sufferers.
Your Allergies Can Flare Up
Speaking of allergies, pillowcases are basically magnets for dust, skin cells, and other allergens. Dead skin cells are a smorgasbord of fantastic chow for dust mites, Dust mites are one of the most significant allergens that can make you wake with a stuffed nose, allergic shiners, or worse.

HOW CAN I WASH MY PILLOW?

We know it is complicated when we talk about washing them many times they end up in the dry cleaner when there is no need since at home. They can be perfectly clean but how to do it without damaging them?

First of all read the labels of your pillows: Since there are 2 ways to wash them by hand or wash machine

Our Unelma pillow can be washed in 2 ways.

BY HAND

  1. Remove the adjustable layers. (Just unzip the pillow, remove the bamboo case).
  2. Take a container, fill it with cold water and add a little mild detergent, especially for delicate items (NOT chlorine). Mix everything well and moisten a clean cloth in the solution.
  3. Squeeze the cloth well to remove excess water, clean the pillow with it. Do it gently and making circular movements to eliminate the spots well.
  4. Once it has no stains, dry it by pressing with clean towels to remove all possible moisture, then place it in a dry place, without direct sunlight and, most importantly, in a flat position.

        WASHING MACHINE
